This is an IMPORTANT meeting because it is our last official meeting before the tour. There are items to pick up so please attend. Even if you are not a tour member, you are encouraged to come and participate. Those of you who have your wood board finished, bring it to the meeting. We hope to place them around the room for all to see. Lets talk about what to expect on the tour...any pointers for your fellow artists.If you are one of the few who have not picked up your display board or other materials, this is your chance to pick them up
