What is TAP? TAP is an energetic community movement to educate and to encourage connections among Taoseños so that people with special needs feel fully included in their social, recreational, spiritual, work and home life. This will help to create a diverse and strong community that is a better place for everybody.

I arrived in Alaska in December of 2013, 1 week after the winter solstice, on the Alaska State Ferry. It was dark and rainy evening. The sun slowly returned and with the light, a new beginning.
